What is the normal turnaround time?
Most orders are made within 3-5 days, postage time is additional to this. If you require an order urgently please leave a message at checkout, or send us a message before placing your order to make sure we can get it to you in time.

What chain length is right for me?
Chain length is a matter of preference, and there is no right or wrong answer. The height which a necklace will sit on the wearer depends on a lot of different factors such as body type, neck width and bust size.

The most common chain lengths are 16", 18" (standard) and 20". But we can also make them shorter (14" is common for kids) or longer (chains over 20" incur extra costs). Send us a message if you have any questions about chain lengths, or use the below as a guide:

Are UNIKT Jewellery pieces engraved?
No, UNIKT Jewellery pieces are not engraved. Each and every letter and symbol are stamped by hand, using special metal stamps and a hammer. This means that spacing and alignment may not always be 100% symmetrical or perfect, since they are made by a real human. This is the uniqueness with handmade jewellery. Each piece represents the time and care that someone (me!) has put into making that specific piece.

Refund policy
There are no refunds on customised/personalised stamped products.

Products that are not customised/personalised can be returned and refunded within 30 days with original receipt, in original packaging and being unworn. Return postage is paid on the customer's expense.

If a product is faulty or breaks it can be returned to UNIKT Jewellery and fixed, or a 50% refund can be offered.
